Reduce Hidden Body Fat, Feel Lighter On Your Feet, And

Get Your Butt Into Gear!

Join us this September for the PowerFast September Sprinting Challenge!

The goal is to get into the habit of moving your body in one of the most natural ways that it's meant to move.

The Challenge:

Your goal is to do a MINUMUM of 16 sprints and 1 400 meter dash

over 30 days.

So 17 sprints total.

Your goal in each sprint is to reach your top speed and to MAINTAIN your top speed for 5-10 seconds.

Each sprint should last 8-15 seconds.

There is no set schedule on when you should sprint -- it's up to you to

figure out how to include an 8-15 second sprint into your day.

Yes, 8-15 seconds.

(Someone, somewhere, will make the excuse that they don't have 8-15 seconds to spare - even though it takes more time to read this text than the time it takes to do a sprint. This challenge is not for that person)

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Is there an age limit?

Ideally you're over the age of 18, but if you're a parent it can be a great idea to run with your kids!

Q: How far should I sprint?

Every person has a different max speed. The goal is to run for 8-15 seconds at your top speed.

For some, that could be 100 meters. For others, that could be 50 meters - what matters most is

that you're giving MAXIMUM effort and running as fast as you can!

Q: I'm overweight, can I run?

You should consult with your doctor first, but we're not setting any weight restrictions.

As a matter of fact, the larger you are, the more you NEED to sprint!

Q: What do I need?

50-400 meters of open space that you can run through.

That's approximately 50 LARGE steps of space minimum.

Q: Do I need special gear for this?

Nope!

Q: How far is 400 meters?

400 meters is one lap around an outdoor track.

Many indoor tracks are 200m, so it would be 2 laps around those.

For reference,

Quincy Hall ran 400m in 43.4 seconds and Marita Koch ran 400m in 47.60 seconds.

These are the male and female Olympic Gold Medalists in the 400m dash.

Unless you're an Olympic Gold Medalist, it will take you MUCH longer than 47 seconds,

so prepare to sprint for a minute!

Q: Can I use a treadmill or elliptical?

NO, as that defeats the purpose of the challenge.

This will be further explained in the emails you'll get after registering.

Q: Do I have to run on a track?

You don't have to run on a track, you can run in a parking lot, on grass, in your backyard, etc.

Just make sure you have enough space!

Q: When does registration end?

You can register all through September 2025.

Q: How do I warmup?

Instructions will be emailed to you after you register.

Q: Where do I submit my running clips?

In the Discord server! Instructions are in there.

Q: Am I annoying you with all these questions?

NO, but if you register for the challenge you'll get all your questions answered in the weekly emails!

Having the body, health, and fitness you’ve been dreaming of has never been this simple..
